Abandoned

On our way home, during the long drive from Arizona to Houston, we came across these abandoned houses. There is something haunting... and beautiful about the scene.

It does feel like eerie but I guess once upon a time that place is alive with family living and kids playing around. Happy Sunday!

Those buildings do appear lonely and desolate under that beautiful sky. They definitely are scenic, however.

Yes, the colours, bare branches, broken-down barn create a haunting feeling. Wonderful photos, Tes!

It makes you wonder what happened to the people who lived there - the places seem so sad and lonely in their abandoned state.
