Stylish Stone Benches

Doods and I love to visit nearby parks in the neighborhood.  When the weather is nice, I love to sit on one of these  garden benches, especially the ones under big shady tress. To be lost in time as we sky-watch,  play the cloud game, sit silently and bask in the splendor of nature or quietly observe a busy squirrel run back and forth in a frenzy to bury his acorns,

Whenever we go walking in the park, I can't help but notice the beguiling styles of these stone garden benches. Every park always has several. These stone benches are so pretty to look at and comfortable to sit on. These are also sturdy and weather-proof. I always look for one when I need a  rest from brisk walking.

On our drive back from Arizona to Houston, we stopped by a cemetery and were automatically drawn to the park. We did a short photo walk and had a pleasant time taking photos of the beautiful landscape that was highlighted by lovely  memorial benches. Each one of these stone benches has a unique character. What a creative item to place by the tombstone.

Those are beautiful benches and they would be perfect places for skywatching.
