It is Fun Friday once again at our blogging group, Blogging for Fun. We are doing an A-Z meme. This week we are working on letter P. I am posting my Fun Friday post a day early.
Petronas Twin Towers
My family and I visited Malaysia last July 2009. A visit to Malaysia would not be complete if you have not climb the Petronas Towers.
My husband, Doods, and brother-in-law, Marlon
(I had to crouch low on the ground to get this shot -hahaha)
At the back of the Petronas is a picturesque park with a beautiful fountain and a refreshing pond. A lot of people hang out in the park in the afternoon. My nieces had fun playing by the pond.
The first few floors of the Petronas are made into a shopping mall.

Ouh...so last year you came to my country? Haha :D Yeah! Our majestic twin towers is being shown here.
The towers are very impressive and certainly dominate the skyline. I love the perspective you used in the third photo down, it really shows the height and design of the buildings.

Oh!!!!
A late welcome to Malaysia.
But you have forgotten about Penang. Sigh...
Hi Tess, you have nice photos of Petronas.
thank goodness, i can now post a comment...lol!
wow, tesya! what a view! i love the skyward view..if that's how its called....impressive. I can see you in my mind's eye, crouching. The result is absolutely amazing, girl!
thank, girlash....for bringing the Malaysia to us!
Wow...so wonderful and magnificent towers!
Your photos are outstanding!
Great Petronas.
Stunning captures Tes.
Thank you for sharing.
These are beautiful pictures of the towers, but I want to know if you made it all the way to the top.
Wow! I wouldn't be able to climb to the top of the towers via the stairs for sure! Beautiful shots and I especially like the photo of the nieces having fun.
I've seen Petronas Twin Towers too. It was in 1997. I stopped in KL overnight on way back home from Perth, Australia. The photographs that I have show the towers in smog. The smog was very thick the day that i was there. Your pictures are beautiful.
Wow that is one huge mall. I don't think I want to shop there because it will give me a headache. So much to see... so little time... so little money. hahahaha
gosh, the first picture looks so tall i probably won't climb up there even with elevator for the elevator would make me dizzy if too much too :(
wow, u got lovely photos of the tower!
What a beautiful building. It is so big, I think I would feel like a fly in there. Your widget is gone, so I can't drop, didn't want you to think I was ignoring you.
I've seen pictures of this place only once before. Both times I've wondered what it would be like to be at the top of such a high building. A very nice looking place.
Awesome! I'm thinking of going to Malaysia with my family in the near future and the Petronas Towers should be our first stop.
hi there Tes! just came across ur very crafty blog! i like ur 2nd photo where u had to crouch down - excellent perspective. did u make a visit to the skybridge, the view is quite amazing. used to enjoy the view when i used to work in one of the offices up at one of these towers.
Oh my gosh, that is so tall!
You came in July? Aww.. you missed the annual mega sale then. We normally have that in Aug and it runs for more than two months!
Your lovely photos do justice to the Petronas Towers. Did you manage to go up to the skybridge? Admittance is free but tickets are normally all given out by 9:30am or so.
Thanks for dropping by, Tes. Hope to see you around.
