Daily 8 Drinking Jugs

Daily 8 Drinking Jugs @ ABC Wednesday

Summer is at its worst! If not careful, one would easily dehydrate. When kids are too busy, they can go without water for a whole day. Fatal! A friend recommended these drinking jugs, called Daily 8. The jug can hold1500 ml (51oz) of liquid. I bought these drinking jugs for my nieces. They find it difficult monitor their daily 8. Now with these jugs, it is easy for them to monitor and complete their daily 8.

Yupe! Must drink more than 8 glasses of water to keep ourselves hydrated. :D

I agree! 8 glasses of water a day, keep the doctor away!

That's cool Tes! Hmm maybe I'd buy one, just to make sure I drink 8 times a day of water.

So easy to get dehydrated in the summer. I have one of those jugs but mine isn't a pretty color like those are.

Great idea for the letter D. It's important not to become dehydrated.

wow, very colorful jugs Tes, and you arranged them so creatively. those jugs really are inviting to drink water.

Great idea, Tes---and you can keep track of how much water each person drinks... I love the colors!!!!!

I started drinking my water in a container similar just so that I'd know how much I was drinking. It works.

We all need lots of water on these hot summer days.
Hugs,
Betsy

Pretty as they seem, those are pretty large jugs to lug around... and heavy when full!

That is what I say too. My son bought me a big jug and that is how I stay hydrated. Once I complete one a day, I know I have what I need, and you're good to start your nieces on it, totally the way to monitor your drinking dozes...another D, smiles.

Thanks for both an interesting 'D' post and a great way to make sure we get enough liquids on these hot, humid days.

Nice water jugs, Tes...good that each girl can have her own color. I sometimes forget to drink enough water which I must because I have kidney stones. I don't love it so I add a packet of those little sugar free tea or drink mixes to it.
