Mushroom, Ham on Scrambled Egg

Feel like going for a low carb breakfast that's easy to prepare? Try this!


Ingredients:
1    egg
1    slice of ham
1/2 cup of fresh button head mushroom (not canned)
2   cloves of garlic
6 strips of sun-dried tomato

Procedure:
1. Saute mushroom, ham and the strips of thinly-sliced sun-dried tomato in garlic for about 2 minutes.
2. Set aside sauteed mushroom, ham and sun-dried tomato.
3. In the same pan, scramble 1 egg
4. When scrambled egg is almost cooked add mushroom, ham and sun-dried tomato.
5. Salt and pepper to taste.

Serve with your favorite fruit juice!

Prep Time: 10 minutes

looking so yummy Tes, I love eggs, and the sun dried tomatoes add not only color but yumminess. oh I am looking forward to more of your recipe Tes. wish I know how much calories do the foods I prepare too, I love the idea you are not only sharing the recipe but calorie information too.
