Playing With the Geese

Therese and Yam excitedly trot towards some feathered friends... but alas...

Why the  fearful stance?

The girls were greeted by some hostile creatures -hahaha! They must've caught the geese off-guard -making them defensive.

No worries, the geese warmed up after some time.

your geese's necks are very skinny, you need to go and feed more often.

Fun photos! The white geese do have an attitude sometimes, they are more talk than action most of the time.

Great post for playing.

Happy Weekend!

Delightful shots, I love especially the third one where geese seem to be begging food. They are cute!! In Nara Park, when the deer beg deer crackers, they stretch their necks like the geese.
Have a great weekend.

haha great take on it! Those geese look like they're saying 'nana! we dare you!' to the girls. I was late posting but did 'play'.

What a cute series. Some of those geese can really be mean.

It is so much fun to feed the birds. My kids get a kick out of it too. Geese can be nasty, nasty though.

I wouldn't want a goose running after me either!

When I first read "Playing with Geese", I thought, "Wow, how brave is that?" because geese are really NOT friendly! But then I see that the girls are just feeding them and I gave a sigh of relief! Great photos!

Geese can be pretty cranky until they think you have food.

Have a blog very carefully.

I also think that life (if life) is like art.

Cherished photographs.

Beautiful photos, and kind of scary when they honked at you like that..

Reminds me of a visit I made as a home health nurse - my patient had "watch-geese" instead of "watch-dogs" and I had to stay in my car until they called the geese off!

Thanks for the visit to my blog!

I'm so glad the geese changed their tune! :) Geese can be quite fierce if they are angered.

I would have ran. Those geese get a hold on ya and they can leave a good size bruise.

Oh, Tes, your nieces are so cute...but, I imagine, if those geese went after someone, they could be a little scary!
