Pizza, homemade style

brush olive oil on the crust

spread pizza sauce

top with any type of cheese. in this case the girls used mozzarella

and cheddar

put on your topping. the girls just love pepperoni

spread topping evenly

bake in the over @ 375 degrees for 12 -15 minutes depending on how crunchy you want it.

almost done


slice and serve hot

I love pizza. I never thought to brush the crust with olive oil. I bet that adds a layer of flavor!

looks delicious! don't think I have tried it with olive oil but it doesn't sound bad.

I've never tried brushing it with olive oil, but I bet that makes the crust nice and crispy.

Pizza is a favorite around here. When it's not so hot we bake them in our wood-fired pizza oven! It is always a big hit!
